Rob Peabody has designed this study in 5 sections. Each week focuses on a different topic, along with a personal story of someone who has dealt with the same problem. Topics are: Expectations, Rest, Disappointment, Trust and Control. The Dvd also includes a small 19 page booklet with handily fits right inside the dvd case. It has conversation prompts and discussions for your small group.
This study does not talk too heavily of Scripture or dive very deep into the Bible. I think the producer's main focus was not a Bible study per say, but a way to just get people talking and even examining their own lives and thought processes.
I wouldn't say that this is an incredibly deep study, but I do think it has a lot of positive food for thought. It might be a good study for teens, or perhaps new Christians just learning about their faith. I rate this dvd study as 4 stars.
